Appointments

This post is for threading with Shiemi anytime and anywhere. It can be used for Action or the Ring feature on journals to get in contact with her for personal conversations.

[This wouldn't be the first time Shiemi has given someone a second chance. After seeing Rin go berserk in the forest, rejecting him out of fear, and then making up with him later... She can definitely give Shu a second chance ~~it's not like she was the one stabbed anyway~~. The blonde returns the scythe back to Shu.]

Mm, I'd like to see you find that out, too.

[As soon as Shiemi lets go of Shu's scythe it returns to his body. Shu hasn't mastered his ability yet and because of this he passes out. None of this is Shiemi's fault. He's emotionally exhausted and he can't keep his own powers in check.]

[When Shu loses consciousness Shiemi reaches out to catch him. The girl is pretty surprised when that happenes, and she calls out to him. That's when she realizes he's unconscious. She has to make sure he doesn't hit the stone, or worse fall into the fountain. In this chill with the wind blowing? That would be bad. She guides Shu's body to be sitting next to hers. She'll, uh... just let him lean on her all passed out like. A combination of the wind nipping at her face, her allergies, and embarrassment has her face tomato red. Shiemi sighs, and decides she'll give him ten minutes before she'll start making arrangements to get him back to his apartment.]

[Don't worry, Shiemi. Shu will come to eventually. He's taking a nap for the moment. Ten minutes pass and he's still unconscious. Once he wakes up he won't be able to thank Shiemi enough.

He'll be surprised that Shiemi didn't run away in fear after seeing him pull a weapon out of his body.]

[A-ah, he's still not up and it's chilly outside. She fumbles around to try and piggy-back him to his apartment building. She gets exhausted fairly quick, and when Shiemi has to put him down she remembers she has a giant metal mode of transportation. Flying will probably be faster anyway. Shiemi bids Skarmy to come out, and loads Shu on first. She gets on behind him, and it practically looks like their riding double on a horse. She tucks her arms under his, and holds on to Skarmy's neck as they take off. They make short time, and end up at the community building in one piece. She'll keep Shu on Skarmy to haul him up the stairs. Finally they make it to his residence. Shiemi knocks hoping Cross is home.]

[Cross is home at the moment. He ad just been working on his arm when he heard the knock.

He opens up the door to see Shiemi and...a very knocked out Shu and a giant metal bird.]

Uhhhh...I don't remember ordering an unconscious friend.

S-sorry. He took out his, uh, heart and when he put it back in he fainted.

[The seven foot skarmory cocks its head, and looks down at Cross. She's seen you before. She was out at the bonfire party, but mostly stayed where there weren't a lot of people.]

[Did she just say-?

Yup, certainly did say Shu pulled out his heart.

Cue freak out.]

Shouldn't we be taking him to a doctor rather than dumping him on a couch!? HOW THE HECK IS HE STILL ALIVE IF HE PULLED HIS FREAKING HEART OUT?!

[~~this isn't Once Upon a Time guys.~~]

U-um! Not his real heart! He- he just called it his heart! It was actually a scythe! I'm sorry! Sorry!

Wait, what?! HE HAS A SCYTHE FOR A HEART?! HOW DOES THAT EVEN WORK?!

[He can only grab his head and ruffle his hair in fright, 'cause jeez! That's intense!

It's only now that he just catches onto something Shu mentioned to him earlier.]

Wait a sec-! Did he call it a void or somethin'?

Um, I don't remember.

[Shu did say "Void" once in their discussion, but it was in vague relation to Gai and a gun.]

...Uh well, just bring him in. We can figure something out. Hopefully.

[He'll step aside now for her to bring in a very unconscious, Shu.]

[Shiemi is pretty sure Skarmy's girth won't fit through the door way, so she goes to grab Shu off of her back. It looks like she's struggling, though. Unconscious people are so heavy.]

[If he had known the bird wasn't going to fit in those words wouldn't have been the ones he would've said.]

Ah, Shiemi! I meant let the bird do it!

[He's already moving towards the two and picking Shu up himself (bridal style of course).

He'll just carry Shu on inside and put him on the couch.]

Okay, so uh, what's the full story here?

Um he wanted to tell me what happened when he confronted Gai, and then somehow got to talking about how he needed to make it up to me. And, um. Gave me his scythe-heart. When he put it back in he fainted.

Oh jeez.

[Cross becomes tense when she mentions about the confrontation. Cross looks over to the unconscious Shu and then back to Shiemi. If Shu was intending on telling her, maybe he should let her know.]

He told me what happened. It...wasn't good.

No, but he said it'll be okay in the future. He deserves a second chance.

I'm not saying he doesn't deserve one. It's just-I don't know how bad things could get now in the village.

After all, Gai's...kind of popular.

Dunno. He doesn't seem like the kind of guy to spew stuff like that openly...buuuuut-

[He'll just eye Shu for a moment.]

Shu's kind of got a big mouth.

Ah- right. No, um. "Filter," I guess.

Figuratively and literally.

But... you'll take care of him, right? I have to get back to the house.

'Course I will. You know me, sort of. Mr.Reliable! He'll be fine.
