I just want to be alone. I left the house to be alone.

[Shiemi cowers against the tree, and refuses to look Vegeta in the eye. Instead she focuses on the bark, and how healthy and strong it is on the tree.]

Then...why...[He can feel his temper rising, because that makes absolutely no sense to him whatsoever. His teeth and fists clench and a a few sparks of fire drop out of his right hand onto the grass.

And well...the grass starts on fire. Right next to Shiemi.]

[She yelps, and hugs the tree closer.]

Stop it! Don't know you know much fire hurts everything? How scary it is? Just leave us alone!
[Us. Her. The plants. The grass, the trees, the flowers. Leave them be, and don't hurt them. They mind their own business and don't ask for anything. If they wither they wither in silence.]

[He stomps the fire out, because hell if he's going to burn down everything around here.] Don't you think that I don't know that already?! It's not as if I'm trying to burn everything down!

[Oh god. He's screaming at her now. She can't take this. Her mind races a million miles a minute. Her heart rate increases rapidly. Fear overtakes her, and she tries to make a run for it. She can't stay here. If she does she might have a terrible panic attack. She needs to get away. Away from him, his fire, and his harsh words. His harsh presence. It grates on her in some way it normally wouldn't, causing her to only want to flee from him more.]

[And...there she goes. You know, he's got the feeling that he's probably never going to win with this girl. He's not going to stop her, if anything at all he tries to calm himself so he doesn't start the tree on fire too. One of these days he's going to figure out exactly what her problem was, he's never met a more timid girl in his life. That and he ponders if he'd been a little too rash based on that fact.

She still needs to get over it though, as far as he's concerned. Needs to grow a thicker skin. Maybe...he'd talk to her again later after all this chaos fixed itself, as it always does.]
