[If one-on-one is more your sort, anybody can find Shiemi outside of the clothing shop trying to wrap a scarf around her 7ft+ metal bird. It can't be easy facing winter weather when you're metal. Especially when facing it after a nice heat wave.]

Any limit can be surpassed with proper dedication. But I shall not press you if you do not have the drive for such an option!

I mean such as the limit placed on your own strength. I believe it is possible for everyone to rise above such a limit.

Yes, a weak body can be strengthened! It all depends in what one believes and the lengths through which one is willing to push one's self! Of course, there may be no wrong in choosing to concentrate on skills that are already honed, instead.

What do you think someone has to do to overcome their weak body?

It is simple! Keep on training until it is weak no longer.
