This post is for threading with Shiemi anytime and anywhere. It can be used for Action or the Ring feature on journals to get in contact with her for personal conversations.

What's a Gyarados? He didn't have that thing last time, did he?

[Shu got Shiemi involved in his own problems. The truth about his own future and Gai hit Shu hard and he wasn't feeling well. The last thing Shu wanted to do was to upset Shiemi with his own actions. He was ready to apologize to her for everything. He had the responsibility of letting her know how everything went. Shu was determined to finish what he started.]

Shiemi, can we talk?

Sh-Shu! It's been a while! I was worried... how did it go?

What the GHQ told me was the truth. Gai took the person I loved away and he said he regretted it. [Putting it in simpler terms. He doesn't want to get overly emotional about it again. Shu knows that his emotional out bursts hurt people. It hurt Elizabeth for one thing.]

He isn't angry with me even though I did something terrible to him. [Shu doesn't tell Shiemi he stabbed Gai right away. He gives her time to process all of this new information first.]

O-oh no... I'm sorry to hear that. U-um, I guess it broke out in a fight? Is everyone okay?

No, don't be sorry. I'm the one who's sorry.

Shiemi, can I come to your apartment to talk about it? [He's not letting her walk all the way to the other side of the village again.]

I actually live in a house, remember? [Ah, but Rin isn't feeling well.]

Why don't we meet half way?

Now that you've mentioned it, I've never been to your place before. [Oh boy.]

In that case, shouldn't we meet up at the fountain?

Yes you have! You were just outside of it at the bonfire party. But, um- yes! The fountain sounds great.

So that's where it was? [Wow, he must be really out of it. Sorry, Shiemi. He'll come back from the moon once he sorts out his thoughts. He's a real mess.]

Sorry, I'm not feeling well. I must not be thinking straight at all. I'll see you soon.

[He hangs up and decides to go to the fountain. Shu hadn't realized how screwed up he's gotten until he noticed that what he's saying makes absolutely no sense. He really needs time to think.]

[It's really windy when they meet at the fountain. Shiemi is a bit bundled up just to protect herself from the wind. When she sees Shu there she'll wave at him.]

Hello!

Hi! Shiemi.

[Shu calls out to Shiemi and approaches her. He covered his wings to protect himself from the cold. They're both bundled up and ready for this weather.

He's really fortunate that Shiemi came out here to talk. Though, after some discussion with Elizabeth he doesn't think he's worthy of having friends. Shiemi is too nice to him and Shu doesn't feel that he deserves her friendship.]

I'm so sorry. I stabbed Gai. He shot me in the chest with his Void and I was hurt. It was out of self defense. [Shu was really frightened back then. Normally he'd slow down and explain more before he gets Shiemi lost again but thinking about this upsets him.]

I tried my best to call for you and Cross.

It was impossible for me to reach anyone until recently. I'm very sorry for worrying you. As for me and Gai, well. I understand him now. It's going to be okay.

I think I was only able to make it because I knew I wasn't alone. Shiemi, you've helped me so much. I need to repay you for it.

[...Wait, what? He was shot? He stabbed Gai? But it's all okay now? No. No, give her a minute to let this sink in-

No she can't handle this standing. Shiemi walks - her steps wobbly - to the fountain. She sits at its edge, and puts her hands to her face. She can't say anything. She just... has to absorb this.]

[Shu understands that it's hard to listen to all of this. He isn't in the best emotional state and he appreciates Shiemi's patience with him.

He keeps his mouth shut for the time being so she can have time to process everything. Shu tries to calm down as Shiemi walks to the fountain.]

...I'm not- [She cuts herself off. What does she even say? Shu stabbed someone. But it sounds like he was attacked first. Even if he did sound ready for a fight their first talk.]

I'm sorry, I don't know what to say.

[It's complicated. Shu wasn't about to let Gai insult Inori and it ended this way.]

I'm sorry too. [He's going to cry. Shu can't handle seeing Shiemi this way. He can't see Shiemi be upset over everything that's happened because of his own poor decisions. Is he going to keep hurting his friends this way? Elizabeth was right about him.]

Shiemi, it was my mistake getting you involved in everything without even knowing you too well. I'm nothing but a hypocrite!

Gai was only trying to explain his side of the story. You said you would listen to it if you were in my shoes...and I went and stabbed him. What I've done is unforgivable. [He's really sorry, Shiemi.]

Ev-everyone is okay, right? Are you still hurt?
